Today, you can be a warrior to save a warrior. Join #SaveAWarriorChallenge! You along with others around the world will join forces to help prevent military suicide through research and treatment in a few easy steps.

2 – Challenge your friends, family and colleagues to do "22" and then see who can raise the most dollars and awareness!

You'll be a part saving a warrior's life. All dollars donated will go directly to research and treatment to prevent military suicide.

- Run 22 miles! (Or is supposed to be Ruck? I don't know what Ruck is!)
- Shoot 22 baskets in a row
- Eat 22 cupcakes (Is this really a challenge?!)
- Be adventurous and let your #SaveAWarriorChallenge decide what you will do 22 of!
- Gather a group of 22 friends and dance for 22 minutes
- The challenges are unlimited but the reason you are doing it is not. Veteran suicide rates are too high. One is too many; 22 per day is unacceptable!
