Programs That Can Help When You Are Read 

The Military Veteran Project connects veterans and families to care through our specialized programs:

• Veterans Mental Health & Wellness Program Access mental health resources, therapy referrals, and holistic wellness support to promote long-term healing.

• Building Hope Restoring purpose through hands-on construction projects and partnerships with local builders—helping veterans rebuild homes, gardens, and their sense of connection.

• The Restore Project Focused on healing the body from within through nutrition, education, and biochemistry balance. Learn how food, hydration, and sleep impact mental health.

• Operation Holiday Joy Bringing hope, meals, and gifts to military and veteran families in need during the holidays.

​• Flags Forward Honoring the fallen and bringing awareness to military suicide through community remembrance and volunteerism.
