What Is Buddy Check 22?
Buddy Check 22 is a grassroots movement embraced throughout the veteran and military community that encourages people to intentionally check in on one another every 22nd of the month.
Through a phone call, text message, coffee, or conversation, the goal is simple: strengthen connection, encourage support, and remind people they are not alone.
